What is it about this drawing -- the eyes? the nose? -- that gives this women the look of a Mad Magazine portrait subject?

Yeah, when I posted this yesterday I was reminded of that famous early MAD cover by Basil Wolverton.
I think it's the large lips, the extended mouth and the eyes.
