MY FUSCO COLORIST'S APPROACH TO BEER

For years I've been battling to get my Fusco Brothers colorist to make the color of the beer in the daily strips, which he colors, match the color of the beer in the Sunday stops, which I color. Here's my beer color in a Sunday strip:

Too often, this has been the beer color in a daily strip:

It's actually NO color. It just has the dot pattern added to dailies by me. Sometimes this lack of color extends to cocktails:

Sometimes it extends to wine:

Sometimes it doesn't extend to wine:

Sometimes he adds a very LIGHT yellow to the beer:

Sometimes he goes the other way and adds a very DARK yellow to the beer:
