You invented "Have a Day"? I love that! I've run across it several times, but I didn't recognize it as your work. Would love to get it on a shirt, but I'd hate for my money to go to some t-shirt plagiarist. Are you selling it anywhere?
Yes, as far as I know I came up with that before anybody else did. I'm not selling it anywhere, but that's not a bad idea. (I just Googled it and saw one outfit selling it.) Maybe since it's a parody of "Have a Nice Day" it's impossible, legally, to protect the copyright. I never asked about it with the company (Recycled Paper Products) that put out my stuff at the time. It would be ironic if I put it out again now and got sued by somebody else who's using it currently.
