HEAD-SCRATCHER OF THE DAY

When I saw this Fusco strip on GoComics, I agreed with the comment above: I did NOT get the joke, even though I wrote it. Then I read the comment below, and I think this reader got it. (It's still not very funny, but at least this makes some sense.)
